Episode 66: Believe-in?
Hey! How you doing?
I was thinking of the header for this blog post and I kept typing and retyping my ideas.
The word believe kept coming up, up till a point where it looks weird and I checked the dictionary to see if I spelled it correctly.
I did. Fool! How could I not have? I have an PSLE cert, 'O'level cert, and NOW I have my Diploma in Aerospace Technology!
Thank you, for those who congratulated me in their minds.
Although I haven't literally obtain the paper... or papers or maybe some other materials. (you get my point)
But I did received hell lots of letter, talking about the graduation ceremony, dinner, awards & etc.
Actually there isn't really a lot of them, maybe 2-4. But I really hate reading letters. (Except those handwritten ones)
The one letter that I've been expecting, didn't come yet though. My NS enlistment letter.
Not the expecting expecting... but just expecting because it is bound to come... soon.
Makes me think, maybe they forgotten about me... It'll be okay if I just keep quiet right?
I meant... it's possible right? There are prolly few thousands of people enlisting for NS this year.
.... Time flies ... Whooosh... 20 days or so passed?
My graduation ceremony is edging nearer, just 4 days to go and I'll get that paper.
Got my enlistment letter to Hogwarts... I wish... to NS, it's 30th October.
KL's having his graduation ceremony today about now! Congratulations! Have fun tonight celebrating.
Going for a shower... let time flies a little again okays?
Back! Wow, this holy-day is a really long one.
Luckily I have a list to keep me going UP or I guess I'll be feeling pretty DOWN most of the time.
(Not arranged in any sort of order unless you consider random as a type of order) They are:
Harry Potter, Currently on book 3 chapter 11. Wingardium Leviosa! Also, I've been watching anime, just mentioning since the HP picture is in anime style, One Piece is really nice.
Running Man, Episode 72. My favourite characters are Spartan Kook and Yoo Hyuk, the two pillars of running man! Made me realised Korea actress are really attractive.
Fifa 12. As usual, best $50 spent ever, if only I get an award for that. Awesome pic I found on Google! Played other games too, like trickster and dragon nest.
FRIENDS, How I met your mother & Big Bang Theory. They're really good, Gonna look for more of these to watch.
Drawing, really wanted to show the current piece I'm working on, but it's not completed, so I thought I could just show the hand that has been working on it... Actually this is not even the hand that drew it, I draw with my right, and that is my left hand. I just wanted to show off the power balance band I have... Wow, this is one long caption.
Gym & Bike. Occupy my entire weekdays. Weekend was previously occupied by work, but I just quit recently.
Football! West Ham United got promoted! Best day ever in my time of supporting West Ham so far! More on this later on! Anyway, I watched the game with KEN and KL! Had a really great time!
FRIENDS again, but this time I meant my bros! COLL, TTB & ALEX!
Talking about COLL and TTB! Went out JUL, YK, CS, BEN, DAV & JON last last weekend!
You know how awesome has become the best word to describe good nowadays? Had a really awesome time!
Played board games together. Settlers of Catan and Citadels. Had me noticing that board games is a very good way for people to get together. Great choice getting them JUL!
I'm really happy knowing that my 2 groups of best friends are able to get together and have fun.
It's like your girlfriend and bestfriend are able to get along well. Although I won't know what that means, because - well you know.
They board game we played! Had another go on it with JUL, KEN & JUL's friend ALVIN few days later! Great time too!
Anyway the day didn't just ended when we stopped playing the game, we didn't just disappear back to our own apartments after that.
We had a great chat while walking over from Central Park's (Bangla Park, did you know it's called Central Park?) MacDonald's to Boon Lay Interchange where YK told great army stories.
Seriously, his army stories are a lot better than his jokes, so I told him to not tell jokes to girls next time, talk army bro!
Anyway, BEN missed the last MRT, so he have to reach his place by transferring from bus to bus.
The Mac's we were at. Tried the Mango and Strawberry Smoothie thanks to BEN's coupon. It taste surprisingly good! Random: My MUM once said this Mac's shaped like a tomb.
BEN ended up taking bus 30 with me, a rare bus accompanier, I was happy. (Although it means I cannot read Harry Potter)
We were chatting on the bus, and for some reason, we started talking about relationship and stuffs.
Actually I know the reason, but that's not important, so let's just stick to 'for some reason'.
So BEN was telling me baabaablahs... Blahs... BaaBlahs... I cannot disclosed... BaaBaaBlahs...
At some point saying something like 'not the right time in life'.
Then I said something like (I don't quite remember myself too), "It's not about the right time. It's about the right person. When you see the right person, it doesn't matter where or when you pop the question. So don't regret when you didn't do it some time in the past, because part of you know that she is not the one."
I guess I prolly phrase it better now, but it's something similar.
Anyway, even though I say that, doing it is just a whole other story, which I may tell on another day.
Okays! I did mentioned I was going to talk about west ham promotion right!? (Did you know that '!?' is called a interrobang?) I'm a bit tired now, so I guess I'll leave it for another day...

NOT! I'm going to say it right now! Congratulations to my team on the promotion!
I really am feeling lots of attachment towards the team! Not just right now, when they win, but all time it has been growing.
Regarding this promotion story, I want to talk about two players! They are...
Carlton Cole... more like Clownton Cole! Right? Okays... I know it's not funny. I thought once in a while, I should have some lame jokes in my blog. But I guess the number of lame jokes will surprise me when I read it myself some time in the future. =_=,
Jokes aside, Carlton Cole had played a pivotal role in our promotion run this season. Other than proving his abilities, his personality is what that has impressed me. And his commitment to West Ham is also vey apparent. Here are a few of his tweets from the last few days which made my heart warm...
I'll tell u a lil secret I've been playing with an injury for the last 8 weeks but there was no way i wasn't showing up....
I finished the season strongly i hope to start next season stronger.....
I was literally driven to stoke but that's a story that stays where it is i never asked or wanted to go...
I was taught when someone invites you into their home you treat it like its your own west ham have shown me a home.
I hope he stays for long, and if he does, I hope he keeps improving, because premier league is challenge at a whole different story, and you have to play at your best or you won't play at all. That's the sad truth.
Hope he can help west ham secure a good position in the table next season with his goals!
The next player I want to mentioned, and he is also my favourite player in West Ham now... is...
Mark Noble! Man, I could have just used this picture for both of them, but that way I can't make the lame joke...
Really love him! He always try very hard, a bit similar to Scott Parker, even the playing style too, maybe because they played alongside for awhile.
I can really see him be the next captain of West Ham and that would be awesome!
He's only 25 and he's already West Ham longest serving player, he has been player here ever since the start.
You know how when you like a person, you try to know more about him or her.
Just found out something very... happy about him... I meant something about him that makes me feel happy for him.
Noble left Wembley to jet off to Dubai for his five-day stag do (It means bachelor's party) ahead of his marriage later this month!
Noble and his bride to be, Carly, have known each other since they were 14, when he impressed her with his footballing skills.
"She used to watch me in the school team when I would score three or four goals a game. Things are a little bit different now, though, of course!"
That's sweet right? I meant it's like the best feeling in the world when you found true love at a time where you barely know what love is. Noble has it, WM has it, ALEX has it and I'll never know what that is.
But it's alright I guess, it just means my story is written in a different way, and I'll face it.
No matter what story it is, tragic or whatsoever, if can be brave/courageous/gallant enough to face it, I at least get to be a knight, hero, or spartan.
Alright! There's enough depth in my blog today. Guess I'll continue another time.
