Episode 60: Fire Green Bottle Fly

Shawthrullahah!
Shocking huhs? That's the new song on my blog's iPod. It's called 'You Give Love A Bad Name' by 'Bon Jovi'.
It's my favorite Bon Jovi song, prolly because how it starts? Shawthrullahah! Felt so high everytime they shout that out.
I know right? I have been changing my blog songs far too often. But I'm quite sure this one will stay for awhile, maybe till Xmas when then Xmas Playlist is out! ='D

To be honest, I'm not really in a good or bad mood now. (Why would I lie about that?)
Therefore it's kinda hard to blog, because I don't have any exciting news to break, neither do I have alot of ranting to do.
So for a change... Or not, I'll share something from the past.
Remember the previous post? When I mentioned how frustrated I was? Well, this story is a continuation of it. So here's the story.

1 day after the very frustrating day

Some prolly already know, I went out with RUI JUL KEN and MYSELF, basically COLL. It was really a great night out, so let me share it here! The time estimation is definitely inaccurate, but rest assured that the order is.

[1730]: After I left my house, I took the wrong MRT, then I took the right MRT, before eventual arrival at JP, which is supposedly our meeting place. No ones there yet, so I went to Harris, to update my books-to-buy-and-read-list. The thing is... I would prefer picking them up from the floor to buying them... NO! I thing is that the list is so super long, and I don't think I'll finish my current book anytime soon. I'm a slow reader, that list could just be my books-to-read-in-your-entire-lifetime-list. ='(

[1745]: RUI met me at Harris and KEN arrived near JP shortly after, parking his car near the Bangla Park, so we went to looked for him. Rui didn't know the park was designed to be like a board game, so I told him and he was kinda surprised, he thought that the dice randomiser was a spoiled digital clock. Oh, and something happened here! Something that made this an even better story to tell, I'll say what happened later. =')

[1800]: Met KEN, gave him his birthday biscuit and balloon. The biscuit is a new pocky flavor biscuit, it's long and filled with chocolate inside so it symbolises tastiness... NO! It symbolises longevity accompanied with fun filling life. The balloon has Maxi-Cash printed on it, symbolise high-flying career and earning lots of money when you grow up. Thoughtful right? Why did I only think of it now? I should have say it then, KEN would have cried! Maybe not. ='/

[1815]: At this point of time, we have already decided where to go! You'll never guess, we went to play mini putt! So we have to fetch JUL before heading to our destination and it's a real rush hour because the place closes at 8pm and the last game is at 7pm. To navigate our way, KEN uses this new GPS, not the one on his iPhone, and I love it! Here's the reason for it, JUL has motion sickness & RUI always, "不会不会!". So if we're using the iPhone's GPS, I have to be the one giving instructions to KEN and the iPhone's kinda lags, making me give wrong instructions to KEN, which make me feel really guilty after that. ='0

[1900]: After we got JUL at some place called Mountsomething we headed straight to that place, which I don't know what it's called too. Jeez, I really suck at remembering names of places. Thankfully we made it in time, we got our golf ball, golf stick (I suggested KEN to use the balloon, he refused to do so! Where's the fun man?) and started our golf tour around Singapore! The place is really cool, it has 18 stages and each stage mimics a landmark in Singapore. It's alot of fun, even though most of the time I was more like trying to hit the ball with a stick instead of playing golf, I guess there's no different if I used the balloon. Anyway, here's a picture for the final score card or more accurately, the score card with the final score.

KEN won, we let him because it's his birthday. Amazing thing is JUL & RUI got the same score for both halves of the game. JUL said there is another place in SG where we can play mini putt, so if we're going there next time, we won't be easy on KEN... unless we are going on his birthday again. ='/

[2000]: After finishing the game, we sat at the tables just outside the place thinking of where to go next as the night is still... not even born yet. Then we spotted this UFO catching machine at the side, which I asked KEN to choose his present and I'll catch it. Hero right? Unfortunately it was a classic hero to zero act, when I spent like $5 + JUL's $1, and still failed to catch it. I was pretty close on the last 2 tries, where I successfully got the bird (He picked an angry bird, well, actually I convinced him to pick that, because it seems to be easier to catch) up, but when it reaches the end, the machine jerked and sadly, the bird couldn't fly so it fallen back to where it belonged, with a pile of unfamiliar stuff toys which include Pikachu. Do note that I didn't gave up, but ran out of dollar coins, I never give up okays!? Not for a friend! =')

[2015]: The discussion at the tables wasn't decisive, but we already start heading towards the car. On the way, someone mentioned that we could rent some bikes since we are at a place with bike rentals, and cycle to someplace to eat and cycle back to return the bike. IMO it was a good idea, but it became an awesome idea when we reached the bike rental place and saw this, car-like-bike which has 4 seats. So everyone is supposed to cycle, and the people sitting in front will control the direction, COOL! But minutes later, it became a abandoned idea, because the bike rental place is closing at 10, and there is no place we could possibly go in the short amount of time. Well, but we said we are gonna try it sometime else, and I'm sure we will, so I'm already looking forward to it! ='D

[2030]: So yea, we continued looking for a place to have our dinner. Then we passed by this restaurant, and JUL said it looks decent and suggested us to dine there, there was no objection so the decision was made. The problem is there wasn't enough seats... actually there was, but we wanted a seat at the edge, so we waited. We looked for a place which seemingly belongs to Starbucks, sat and started chatting, on games, sports, shows, education, careers, what to do later on & b.b.b. (Baa Baa Blahs, it works like e.g. & etc.)

[2130]: After a really long wait, we finally got the seat we wanted. So we sat down and ordered some set meal which supposedly consist of 2 clay pot rice. But only 1 arrived, so we thought another will come later, but no, it didn't. It was then we realised it's a 2-in-1 clay pot, they could have state that on the menu so stupid. But it's a real big pot, so we are actually glad there is only 1 of them as we couldn't finish. Anyway that wasn't the talking point, the talking point is JUL sharing his story, which is inconvenient to share it here. Now that I think about it, was I quite bastard then? Hahas, I was just trying to make the session more jolly, you guys should know I want you to be happy, to get over things that ain't happy, and not dwell with them, because the feeling sucks. ='3

This is a picture of a clay pot rice, not exactly the one we had. I got this picture because this one looks delicious, but the one we had IS delicious. Except the the salted meat side dish was kinda too salty towards the end. =')

[2230]: The dinner was really quite long, we did talked a lot, but the main reason was because the pot is really big. I can't stop emphasising how big it is, it's like 2 times bigger than the pot I used to cooked Maggi mee which couldn't find yesterday when I wanted to eat at 2am in the night. It's a really big pot, don't believe it and you can come check it out in my house, if I can find it by then. Alright, really have to stop about the pot thing. After the dinner we were planning to go somewhere else, but the car is running low on fuel, so we had to head to the nearest petrol station. Nothing interesting, except KEN's birthday balloon flew out of the car when KEN was driving, that's so sad! I meant... we are supposed to released it at 12am like some act of commemoration. Just kidding, I meant the commemoration thing. Oh well, at least we get to laughed about it, at least I did. ='D

[2300]: We've eaten, the car has eaten, so it's time to decided on our next stop of fun. Which the 4 indecisive guys somehow manage to. Our plan was pool at POMO shopping mall, and after that head to the 24 hours arcade at a mall near Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Damn, they mentioned the name of that mall, I just can't remember. So without further ado we setup the navigator, and set out to our next fun stop Pomo Shopping mall, this time not much problem with navigation, but more on finding a place to park the car. It was really tough, we reached that placed in X minutes and took like 2X minutes to find a place to park. On the way, it was accompanied with JUL jokes, which wasn't that bad IMO, but quite bad IKO (In KEN's Opinion). ='/

[2340]: Alright, finally found a parking lot! Or should I say finally gave up finding a parking lot, and parked illegally. And then we walked to POMO, a place which I visit unusually often. When we reached we headed to the toilets before we enter the pool center. Why would I mention that? Okays, so I think the pool center was great, it has good music good vibes, and most importantly good company! I think I improved compared to the last time I played, I only lost 2 matches, and both are to KEN... Remember? It's his birthday, we had to let him win. Both matches are quite interesting. The first match was the finals of our little pool championship game. So here's a picture of the chart of the tournament which I've created myself. ='3

K for King huhs? Lame. Okays, so as you can see, KEN came in 1st, ME 2nd, and JUL 3rd, RUI came in... try again next time. JYJY RUI, I believe you can unleashed your potential! Let's do this again sometime soon! ='D

The 2nd match with KEN, we actually had a bet where the loser have to buy 2 bottles of beer. I lost, so I bought the beers. Ended up we shared the 2 beers equally among the 4 of us. RUI and JUL had to drink because the lost a certain match. It was really fun! ='3

[0120]: Each and everyone played with every single possible opponent. So we decided to leave, but before that, we played some 4 players game on KEN's iPhone, I supposed it is called gravity man or something similar. Again, we let KEN win most of the time. LOS! Alright, at this point of time, I must admit we didn't intentionally lose, he won with great honor, and I shall not steal from it. The funny thing is that we were playing that game inside the pool center, and we let the them charged us money for the time spent doing that. We totally should have played that game outside after we payed for the service. We played for like 10mins, waste money sia~ ='(

[0130]: Finally, got out of the place, and off we go heading to our next station, that mall... which I now remember the name! It's something like Dhoby Ghaut Exchange. So yea, we walk talk walk talk and finally reached the place, only to find that it's close. Well, we assumed it's close, because all possible entranced to the place was closed. JUL was disappointed, he wanted to play some new drumming machine available there. I was disappointed, because the night was still young and I thought it would be legen...wait for it...dary the longer we stayed out. (I'm just the kinda person who likes to be outside, except most of the time I'm not.) KEN was... pointed to where the car was, and we prepared to head home. On the way, there is this fence alongside the road, which JUL & ME jumped over. JUL almost couldn't. Luckily he jumped onto the fence, before jumping down again. I wouldn't want the night to be legendary this way, where we have to send JUL to the hospital. KEN didn't jumped, cause he prolly couldn't, prove me wrong man! RUI didn't jump either... Oh... remember I said there was something that happened earlier, that's prolly the reason why RUI didn't jump... ='0

[Flash Back to ~ 1745]: RUI and ME saw KEN's car at the other side of the road so we went towards it. We could have taken the overhead bridge, but we didn't, I don't know why. We crossed the first part of the road, and to cross the next part of it, we had to hurdle this rather tall fence, which I easily did, because I was from high jump. (Sorry, showoff right? But you have to excuse me because I really don't have much things I'm proud of about my life) I thought RUI managed it too, but when I was about to continue crossing, he said, "Wait, Wait!". His pants got hooked onto tip of the fence. So I was like trying to pull him out, but it didn't worked, and it look weird if people had seen us from afar. So he said, "Stop!" and I did... for awhile, before I suggested he could jump high and forward, to unhook his pants from the fence. So he tried, he jumped... but it wasn't high and forward. So the impact when he landed tore his pants, and left a hole in it. Well, the good thing was RUI got unhooked and I can't stop laughing when I'm blogging this (Laughing is a good thing right?). I guess this is what make the day so memorable for me! ='D

[Back to present ~ 0155]: Alright! There is this saying, "Nothing good happens after 2 a.m.". Therefore, we decided to head home before anything bad happens... NOT! We were about to head home, but then we passed by Rocher bean curd store, we got tempted and ended up eating it at the back alley. I guess the bad thing was the room at the 2nd floor was closed and someone was smoking at the table next to us while we were eating at the back alley. Other than that, everything was good... OR SO I THOUGHT! The Chinese fried bread stick (You Tiao) was really hot, and my tongue got scorched by it. Well, I kept quiet though, so that is one side of the story not known by everyone. ='3

[0215]: This time we are really heading home... But with no regrets, it was a really amazing day, you can see that by just how long this post is. It's definitely the best day of my life this year, up till now at least. Although I can't see how my life would be better in the next 4 months where I will be going for my internship. So back on topic, KEN drove us home, JUL and RUI was really tired or maybe drunk, so they were sleeping. I was tired too, but I pity that KEN can't sleep because he have to drive, and as the last man standing... I meant... last man sitting but not sleeping, I have to keep awake and make conversation with KEN! Anyway, I managed to last through the whole road trip and KEN came over to my place to stay over due to some 7 month thing. So that is pretty much what happened that day! Anyway a picture I want to post from the past, which is kinda related, to 7 month. Los!

This is not ghostly, so you don't have to wash your eyes after seeing it! It was some kinda stupid things that was taken picture of when I was in secondary school. That person is not me though, I have no idea who it is even, most prolly KL or ADEL. ='3

2 days after the very frustrating day

Remember how I described a proper resting should be? And I quote... myself, "Well, resting should have been sleeping through the whole day, or at least half the day... ...Or it could be going out and have some fun to unwind yourself..." Guess what? I did both of them, on 2 separate days! The 2nd day after that day which I felt super unrested I was sleeping so deeply until 7pm+ that I didn't even realised KEN left my place already. Anyway, after these 2 days, it was straight hell, whereby I had to mug for my last examination in my polytechnic life, although there was a bit of heaven in it, then hell again, then back onto earth when the examinations are over. Alright, you have no idea what I am saying, have you?

Alright! That's pretty much what was going on in my life recently, I wonder how's yours, yours, yours and yours. I'm all ears/yours if you want to share. =')
Woots! This is like the longest post I've ever written! If it's not, it will at least be the post I've taken the longest time to finish, about a week!
Anyway you may or may not have noticed, but I've made the text on this post bigger, so that people who have problem reading small letters (Including the old me) won't find it difficult to read my blog! =')
So that's pretty much I have to say for now!

I find it cute. When the person you like texts you good morning or calls you. Leaves you messages. Checks up on you all the time, just to see if you’re alright. Gets worried about you and everything. I actually don’t find that annoying. I know some people do feel suffocated. But I love it when someone does that. Keeps me smiling for days. It just shows, that you are thinking about me. That you care.
